Thanks for your interest in Laurelwood Garden Club! Here’s everything you need to know about joining the club.

What to expect:

The Laurelwood Garden Club season runs from September to June. During that time, all members are expected to attend four of our monthly meetings (parties count!), complete at least two volunteer hours, participate in our Mailbox Decoration Fundraiser, and pay annual dues.

Complete the form linked below and include two sponsors. (Need help finding sponsors? No sweat. Check out our FAQs.) New members are accepted in two seasons (between August-September and December-January), but please reach out at any point in the year to learn more about us.

  • There are four key requirements of all Laurelwood Garden Club members:

    • Pay dues by October 1

    • Attend four (4) required meetings

    • Complete a minimum of two (2) volunteer hours

    • Fulfill all Mailbox Decoration fundraiser responsibilities. (The Mailbox Decoration Chairs will cover this in our kick-off meeting.)

  • Between September and June, plan to commit approximately 16 hours total. Expect to put 8–10 hours the week after Thanksgiving toward Mailbox Decorations Fundraiser obligations.

  • For the 2023–2024 season, new member dues are $125 plus the purchase of two Mailbox Decorations at $60 each. Dues and decorations payments must be collected by October 1, 2023.

  • If you don’t have two sponsors in mind, contact our Member Chair who will be happy to set you up with a match.
